Because when you get in a wreck in a Hummer you are more protected.
Unless that wreck is when you hit anything… Then you’ll probably die. But really you are safer in a Hummer…aren’t you?

It ain’t so hard ya know. It’s actually a little easier the second time around. Probably helps that I’m only taking one class, but I’m also working full time too.
Yeah, crazy eh? I was a straight C student the first time around (but I did get my BS!) and so far this time I’m straight A’s. I’ve become the older guy in class that everyone hates because they screw up the curve….hahaha OH WELL!

#3 I was a professional child actor.
When I was in grade school I was already doing high school musicals. When I was in middle school I went to NYC for an acting camp and one off Broadway variety show. I then came back and did multiple professional regional theaters. I continued my acting career until I was in high school. At that time I decided actors were too weird and I wanted to go into music.
So there is question one. Joann, I know you had it right but yes, yo’ve known me forever. And I kept Mary from voting because she would have given it away.
Continue checking back for more questions!

Ok I know more people read this than just Taylor. But so far Taylor is the only one who has provided an answer to the question. We are going to have to give some more guess before I give the actual answer!
So which one do you think it is?

We are going to play “Get to know your blogger” over the next few post. Hopefully all of you will participate and also continue this on your own blogs too!
Here’s how it works. I ask a question and you all answer in the comments. Then I will post the answer in a day or two (depending on the number of answers received. So let’s get started.
Which of the following is true about ConcertMan?
- Placed 4th in the National Spelling Bee
- Learned to drive when he was 10
- Was a professional child actor
- Has visited all 50 states.
Make your choice and post it in the comments section, starting…….NOW!

Yeah so I did go to the polling place today. I did go in. I did show my ID. I did grab one of the paper ballots. And then I skipped over the entire front page. That’s the page with all the people’s names on it. I skipped it. Did not even read it. I turned the page over and then read the questions that our elected officials felt needed to be “put to the people”. I did not answer the question about stem cell research. I did not answer the one about tax money for firefighters or something like that.
I answered two questions. One was about adding a 3cent tax to smokes, the other was about putting a lightrail system in KC. I voted yes on both. Here’s why.
The more money smokes cost the less people will be smoking. The fewer people are smoking the fewer times I have to smell it. It’s disgusting…seriously.
The lightrail system would be an amazing addition to Kansas City. I’m a firm believer in public transportation and having an even better system in place would be awesome. i would gladly put tax money towards that type of system.
I did seriously think about voting for the Libertarian candidate but when it came right down to it they didn’t deserve my vote either.

Just like my last post…..I’m sick of it! Our entire government has freaking lost it! None of these people deserve to be in office. Seriously, none. No, I mean none! If I have to hear one more TV ad stating that I should believe one person more than the other I’m going to flip out!
I just had a conversation with my dad and he told me that if you don’t like either then at least vote for the republican so that the democrats can’t control the house. Ummm……NO! That is just stupid. Seriously, my vote is important so much so that I don’t think any of the candidates have earned it.
Then there are the two state amendments that are on our ballot. One for stem cell research and another for adding tax to cigarettes. I’m not even going to get started on the bickering and back stabbing that has gone on with these. Patricia Heaton, Kurt Warner, and Jim Caviezel are now telling me how to vote? Last I checked at least two of them don’t even live in this state! Holy crap people! This is freaking nuts! If I wanted the opinion of someone famous I’d ask their manager, by the way, I don’t want their opinion.
So far no one has said anything about any issues I’m interested in. Like how do we plan on dealing with coming ecological issues such as global warming. How do we make sure that people are not being poisened by the food we eat everyday (do some research on the effects of hydrogenated oils). How do we keep mega corporations from ruining people’s lives and communities (WalMart anyone? Do some research and you’ll see what I mean)?
No one is talking about issues. They are concerned with which Republicans are gay, who is stealing money, who votes with President Bush, and how they are going to support their drug habbit for the next 4 years.
That’s why I’m not voting.
